Futuretrend achieves IIP again!
Futuretrend Technologies Ltd was first recognised against the Investor In People award on the 26th of March 2004.
In summary, the assessor was very impressed by much of what he found at Futuretrend.
Morale was described as excellent with great camaraderie, communication was outstanding and open.
On the 8th of May 2007 we have been recognised again for the Investor In People award . The Investor in People assessor on behalf of Capital Quality Limited wrote:

- the contribution of staff, engagement and involvement of all staff
- a lack of hierarchy
- people involved in the company believing they have a stake in its future
- flexibility and ability to respond quickly to clients requirements
- a recognition of the value of continuous learning and development and high degrees of professionalism.
The following is a list of good practice characteristics or features found during the course of the site visits. These are recognised as being of good practice or exceeding the requirements of the Investors in People Standard:

- A collaborative culture where all staff views are welcomed and valued.
- A staff team which feels well supported, personally and professionally with incentives to provide encouragement where needed.
- A diverse workforce whose ranges of expertise and skills are valued.
- A good understanding at all levels of the company’s aims and ethos
- A culture and practice which recognises the considerable expertise of the staff and consultants in the company , and supports and encourages learning and sharing learning
- A good system of performance review which provides staff with regular appraisals, personal development, observation and feedback.
- Low turnover, high morale, commitment and enthusiasm of staff.
